The things you find out once you move into a house:
- you have a lemon tree
- you have a peach tree
- you have a lancewood
- you have absolutely no insulation
- your ceilings are too high to easily install insulation
- there's a giant lampshade stored in the roof (and a fully assembled desk which is impossibly bigger than the trap door)
- there are condom wrappers in the roof
- there's an empty packet of very ancient-looking Nestle's Cherry Milk up there too
- it gets loud along Wellington Rd
- the ex-tenants did not clean
- the ex-tenants grew pot
